Can I import my wedding guest list from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Seatview imports guests from a CSV file exported from Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. It maps your columns to names, groups, entrées and dietary needs, previews how the first row will resolve, and imports only the valid rows. You can export the whole list back to a spreadsheet at any time.
How do I keep two guests from sitting together?
Mark the pair as a conflict on the guest list. Seatview then warns you whenever they are seated at the same table, and its auto-assign pass keeps them apart when filling tables. You can also mark pairs who should stay together, such as couples, and those are kept side by side.
Can I print my wedding seating chart?
Yes. Seatview has two print views. The summary sheet lists seating by table with entrée and dietary counts for each table, a find-your-seat list for the welcome table, and a catering summary. The floor plan view prints the room for your coordinator. Both print from the browser with no extra software.
